DPD (FRANCE) - Small parcels

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner DPD FR will receive your product within 2 to 3 working days of this shipment. Once received and taken care of, he will contact you on the day of delivery by email and SMS to notify you of their arrival. Standard delivery will be on your doorstep / on the ground floor of your building. Please note: the packaging is not removed by the carrier.

In a constant effort to improve its delivery service, DPD is currently setting up a new communication system between its couriers and the recipients of the Nirvoir orders it supports. This transition could cause a momentary suspension of SMS reminders usually sent as the delivery date approaches.

VIR - Large packages

Our partner VIR has decided to maintain 100% of its delivery services (no impact to be expected on deadlines) and recovery (without limitation in terms of volumes). Strict application of barrier gestures will be respected (an SMS to this effect will be sent when confirming an appointment). Regarding rework, VIR employees will be equipped with a disinfectant spray to perform the rework as safely as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner VIR will receive your product within 3 to 5 working days of this shipment. Once received and taken care of, it will contact you to determine a delivery date and time. The day before delivery, you will receive an email informing you of the time slot. Standard delivery will be made to your home / building. Premium delivery allows you to choose a deposit of the package in the room of your choice. For deliveries beyond the 3rd floor without elevator or concerning products too bulky to fit in the elevator,please notify our customer service and our carrier when making contact so that they can take the necessary measures (additional delivery person) to carry out it in the best safety conditions. In this case, our delivery person may not be able and / or refuse to deliver to you. Please note: the packaging is not removed by the carrier.

MONDIAL RELAY (BELGIUM) - Large parcels

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner Mondial Relay will receive your product within 3 to 5 working days of this shipment. Once received and taken care of, it will contact you to determine a delivery date. Standard delivery will be done on the doorstep of your house / on the ground floor of your building. Premium delivery allows you to choose to drop the package in the room of your choice. Please note: the packaging is not removed by the carrier.

MONDIAL RELAY (FRANCE - IN POINTS RELAIS) - Small parcels

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner Mondial Relay will receive your product within 3 to 5 working days of this shipment. Once received and taken care of, it will contact you to determine a delivery date. You will receive a confirmation SMS as soon as the package has been dropped off at the relay point of your choice, ready to be collected. 

CHRONOPOST - Small parcels

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner Chronopost will receive your product within 2 to 3 working days of this shipment. Once received and taken care of, it will contact you by email and SMS to determine a delivery date. Standard delivery will be done on the doorstep of your house / on the ground floor of your building. Please note: the packaging is not removed by the carrier.

POSTNL (BELGIUM) - Small parcels / DHL (BELGIUM) - Medium parcels

You will receive a confirmation email once your product has been shipped. Our delivery partner DHL / PostNL will receive your product within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Standard delivery will be done on the doorstep of your house / on the ground floor of your building. Please note: the packaging is not removed by the carrier.
